Conditions.
These terms govern all engagements with LWOP Media & Consulting, LLC. By entering into a contract or agreement, clients acknowledge and accept the following conditions.

Payment Terms
- Invoices are due within 15 days unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
- Late payments may incur a 10% late fee after 30 days.
- Payments may be made via electronic transfer, check, or approved digital payment method.

Retainer Requirements (Legal Cases)
- Independent Forensic Gang Expert (IFGE) services require a $2,500 retainer before work begins.
- The retainer is applied to the first 10 hours of work.
- Additional hours are billed at the standard hourly rate.
- Court testimony requires a 3-hour minimum.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellations within 48 hours of a scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.
- Court testimony cancellations follow standard legal industry practices and may require payment for reserved time.
- Media production cancellations within 72 hours may incur crew and equipment fees.

Confidentiality
- All client information, case materials, and project content are kept strictly confidential.
- Sensitive materials are stored securely and accessed only for the purpose of fulfilling the contracted work.
- Confidentiality may be waived only when required by law or court order.

Intellectual Property
- LWOP Media & Consulting retains ownership of all intellectual property created unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Clients receive usage rights appropriate to their contract or license.
- Curriculum, media, and written materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or altered without written permission.
- Licensing agreements specify the scope and duration of usage rights.

Media Usage Rights
- Media produced by LWOP Media & Consulting may be used only for the purposes outlined in the contract.
- Additional usage (broadcast, distribution, resale, or public release) requires a separate licensing agreement.
- Raw footage remains the property of LWOP Media & Consulting unless otherwise negotiated.

Travel & Expenses
- Clients are responsible for travel costs including transportation, lodging, and per diem when applicable.
- Travel time is billed at the standard travel rate.
- Mileage is billed at the current IRS standard mileage rate.

Project Timelines
- Timelines are established during the proposal phase and honored to the best of our ability.
- Delays caused by incomplete information, late materials, or client-side changes may extend delivery dates.
- Rush services may be available for an additional fee.

Revisions & Edits
- Most projects include one round of revisions unless otherwise stated.
- Additional revisions are billed at the standard hourly rate.
- Revisions must fall within the original scope of work.

Professional Boundaries
- LWOP Media & Consulting maintains trauma-informed, culturally grounded, and ethical practices.
- Services will not be provided in situations that compromise safety, legality, or professional integrity.
- IFGE services follow strict ethical guidelines and cannot be influenced by desired outcomes.

Termination of Services
- Either party may terminate a contract with written notice.
- Work completed up to the termination date must be paid in full.
- Retainers are non-refundable once work has begun.

Liability
- LWOP Media & Consulting provides services to the best of its professional ability but cannot guarantee legal outcomes, institutional decisions, or third-party actions.
- Clients are responsible for verifying that all materials meet their institutional or legal requirements.
