Yes. We develop custom curriculum and deliver training for correctional institutions, universities, nonprofits, and community organizations. Programs are tailored to your population, goals, and timeline.

Yes. Brett is available for podcast appearances, documentary interviews, panel discussions, and press inquiries. Submit a media request through the inquiry form and select "Media" as your inquiry type.

How do I start working with you?

Clients begin by sending a brief email describing their needs. Legal teams should include a short case summary and timeline. Organizations should share project goals and deadlines. You will receive a response within 24–48 hours.

Do you travel for court, filming, or speaking engagements?

Yes. Travel is available throughout California and nationally. Travel time is billed at the standard travel rate, and clients cover transportation, lodging, and per diem when applicable.

Do you work with public defenders or pro bono cases?

We consider pro bono and reduced-rate engagements on a case-by-case basis, particularly for cases involving LWOP sentences, juvenile life sentences, or systemic injustice. Reach out directly to discuss.

Do you require a retainer for legal cases?

Yes. IFGE services require a $2,500 retainer, which is applied to the first 10 hours of work. Additional hours are billed at the standard hourly rate.

What is your turnaround time for expert analysis?

Turnaround depends on case complexity and deadlines. Most declarations or reports are completed within 7–14 days after receiving all materials. Rush timelines may be available depending on schedule.
